Apparatus Human Resource Development Strategy through Corporate University of the Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency

This study aims to formulate the Center for Human Resource Development (PPSDM) strategy of Ministry Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) in developing competence HR personnel based on Corporate University strategy. uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis using Miles Huberman model. The results showed that implementing ATR/BPN corporate university was strengthening legal basis, providing rewards employees, preparing budgets, implementation Learning Value Chain, Assigning PPSDM employees oversee ensure LVC runs, learning models 70:20:10, Implementation council meeting.
